Job Description

You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within the financial services sector in Egypt. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of selling digital transformation solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a strong network within the banking and NBFI communities.

Responsibility

Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts and prospects within the financial services sector.
Business Development:
  • Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively.
Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within banks and NBFIs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations that align with clients’ digital transformation goals.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector in Egypt.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance solution offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the pre-sales, technical, and customer support teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and client feedback for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically within the digital transformation or software solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of selling to financial institutions (banks and NBFIs) in Egypt.
  • Strong understanding of the financial services industry and digital transformation technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within Egypt as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
