Job Description

Monitor and manage business process platforms, identifying opportunities for introducing new processes and enhancing the existing to ensure continuous improvement is maintained and in line with bank policies / procedures and CBE / Compliance regulations.

Responsibility

  • Document all relevant business processes around application support.
  • Perform an ongoing analysis to evaluate existing business processes.
  • Determine and identify improvement opportunities to business processes.
  • Analyze and monitor implemented changes to processes.
  • Present progress reports and integrating feedback to senior managers.
  • Train employees on new or modified processes.
  • Ensure that processes designed and implemented are in line with bank’s strategic objectives and goals.
  Ensure strict compliance of divisional policies, standards and procedures in development of new processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or IT related subjects from a reputable University
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT industry preferably in Banking with solid experience in system analysis, development, testing, implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of development methodologies
  • Sufficient Knowledge of IT infrastructure in banking industry and applications security.
  • Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Problem solving and Analytical skills.
  • Team Player.
  • Time Management.
  • Business Writing skills.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Excellent Command of English Language
